Responsibility
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across international markets.
- Create and manage high-impact content (social media, blogs, videos, and ads) tailored to diverse cultural audiences.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, and influencer marketing) to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (ROI, engagement rates, conversion metrics) using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid ad performance.
- Manage partnerships with international agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on global or digital campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful international marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a portfolio showcasing engaging, culturally adaptive campaigns.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
