Responsibility
- Develop and execute a global IT cost strategy aligned with Bosch’s financial and operational goals.
- Lead IT cost transparency initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Identify and drive cost reduction programs across IT portfolios, ensuring sustainable savings without compromising quality or innovation.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Units to align IT investments with strategic priorities and budget constraints.
- Optimize IT portfolio management by evaluating ROI, TCO, and business value of existing and proposed IT solutions.
- Implement best-in-class financial controlling frameworks for IT spend, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Support digital transformation projects by assessing financial feasibility and recommending cost-efficient alternatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Financial Controlling, Cost Management, or Portfolio Management, preferably in a global enterprise.
- Proven track record in driving cost optimization and financial transparency in IT or tech-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
- Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
