Responsibility
- Design and deploy global event surveys to gather customer insights across key markets.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to align research with business objectives.
- Translate complex data into clear, stakeholder-friendly presentations and executive summaries.
- Monitor and evaluate survey performance, optimizing methodologies for higher response rates and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer research and data analytics.
- Support ad-hoc research requests to address urgent business questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in customer research, survey design, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, SQL) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Typeform) and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with global teams.
