Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and manage a high-performing distributor network to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, retailers, and other key partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Leverage Mandarin language skills to communicate with international stakeholders and facilitate business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
