Responsibility
- Lead the pre-opening planning and execution, ensuring all operational, financial, and branding milestones are met.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve pre-opening and post-launch revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing leadership team and staff across all departments.
- Oversee budget management, procurement, and vendor negotiations for pre-opening requirements.
- Establish and enforce brand standards, SOPs, and service excellence protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive pre-launch buzz and secure early bookings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or pre-opening leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching or managing luxury hotels/resorts.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality trends, revenue management, and guest experience strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
