Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation, additions, and disposals.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
