Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in customer service activities, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support the HR department with onboarding processes and employee record management.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a General Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
