Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including clinic scheduling, vendor coordination, and office supply procurement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to attract high-end clientele.
  • Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and compliance with protocols.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, including client satisfaction, appointment conversions, and inventory levels.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials (social media, brochures, email newsletters) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Organize and execute clinic events, workshops, or partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or marketing (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or luxury services).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and email marketing platforms.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Willingness to work in Bali with flexibility for occasional weekend/evening tasks.
