Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official communications.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, security, and facility management.
- Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields preferred).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in general affairs, secretarial, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR and procurement processes is a plus.
