Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official communications.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, security, and facility management.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields preferred).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in general affairs, secretarial, or administrative roles.
