Responsibility
- Manage and maintain all general affairs and office administration tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee petty cash transactions, including disbursements, reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and assets.
- Handle vendor and service provider communications, including contract negotiations and invoice processing.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, documentation, and filing systems.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general affairs, office administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, especially in handling financial matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with petty cash management and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
