Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support various departments by ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide feedback and recognition to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or general affairs role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing feedback and recognition to enhance team performance.
