Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of commission payments for agents and brokers.
- Reconcile commission statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of commission transactions and related financial data.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual commission reports for management review.

Qualifications
