Responsibility
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
