Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
