Responsibility
- Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian/English during patient consultations, treatments, and administrative discussions.
- Translate medical documents, consent forms, and clinic policies to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Assist the clinic’s management and medical staff in communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
- Facilitate smooth communication during meetings, training sessions, and internal discussions involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information.
- Support front-desk operations by assisting with appointments, inquiries, and client follow-ups in Mandarin.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to localize promotional materials and services for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and aesthetic industry trends to provide precise and context-aware interpretations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or near-native proficiency) and proficiency in Indonesian and/or English.
- Proven experience as an interpreter, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service settings.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and aesthetic clinic operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced or sensitive situations.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in Bali or with international clients is advantageous.
