Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the cashier, processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Operate the toast station, preparing and presenting high-quality food items according to café standards.
- Manage the beverage station, including brewing coffee, tea, and other drinks while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Uphold brand standards for service, appearance, and product quality at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices in a café setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
