Responsibility
- Lead the design and planning of FTTH network architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate field operations, including site surveys, cable routing, and equipment installation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and customer support) to align project goals with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, technical specifications, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITU-T, IEEE) and local regulations.
- Train and mentor field technicians to enhance team performance and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FTTH/telecom network design and field coordination.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale fiber optic deployment projects.
- Proficiency in GIS tools, AutoCAD, and network design software (e.g., FiberPlanIT, NetX).
- Strong knowledge of GPON, OLT/ONT technologies, and passive optical networks.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
