Join Duta Generasi Mandiri as a Fiber Optic Network Engineer (FTTH) and play a pivotal role in expanding high-speed internet infrastructure across Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
In this role, you will lead the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks, ensuring seamless connectivity for residential and smart home solutions. As part of our Homepass Management team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge broadband services that empower communities with reliable, high-speed internet.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks in residential and commercial areas.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and network planning to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables, splitters, ONTs, and other network equipment.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and speed.
- Collaborate with ISPs, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide technical support and training to field technicians and end-users.
- Document network configurations, as-built drawings, and maintenance logs for compliance and auditing.
- Stay updated with industry trends in GPON, XGS-PON, and smart home integration to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in FTTH network deployment, fiber splicing, or OSP/ISP operations.
- Hands-on expertise with fiber optic testing tools (OTDR, power meters, fusion splicers).
- Strong knowledge of GPON, Ethernet, and IP networking protocols.
- Certifications in Fiber Optic Installation (FOI), CCNA, or similar are a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret network diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
