Responsibility
- Assist commuters and travelers with inquiries, directions, and general support at designated service points.
- Provide accurate and timely information about transportation schedules, routes, and services.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and transport authorities to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor and report any service disruptions or safety concerns to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on service protocols and customer engagement techniques.
- Support special events or peak travel periods with additional service coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
