Responsibility
- Develop and facilitate comprehensive leadership training programs tailored for frontline management.
- Assess training needs through performance gaps, feedback, and operational data analysis.
- Coach and mentor team leaders to improve performance, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including handbooks, visual aids, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with operations managers to align development strategies with key business KPIs.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluation metrics and leadership performance scores.
- Stay current with industry trends and adult learning methodologies to keep training programs engaging and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a corporate trainer or leadership coach, preferably within a BPO/Call Center setting.
- Strong understanding of frontline management challenges and team performance dynamics.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to influence and inspire leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
