Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between job seekers and employers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Provide personalized career support and guidance to job seekers, including resume reviews and interview preparation tips.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and employers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, interview outcomes, and employer feedback in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and match suitable candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and career goals.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates and employers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing virtual career fairs, webinars, and networking events to connect job seekers with potential employers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and best practices in career support to provide informed advice to candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, recruitment, or career support role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with the job market in Southeast Asia, particularly in the Philippines and Indonesia, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
