Responsibility
- Welcome and check-in guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and payment processing accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests promptly.
- Provide local recommendations and assistance with travel arrangements, dining, and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, preferences, and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (hotel industry preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for hospitality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
