Responsibility

- Process payments, invoices, and administrative transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and databases with confidentiality and precision.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.

- Prepare and organize daily reports and documentation for management review.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in front desk, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic administrative software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
