Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling using clinic software.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about clinic services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic workflows and timely patient care.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage petty cash transactions as required.
  • Monitor and order office and clinical supplies, ensuring the reception area is well-stocked and presentable.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with clinic management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
