Responsibility
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling using clinic software.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about clinic services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic workflows and timely patient care.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage petty cash transactions as required.
- Monitor and order office and clinical supplies, ensuring the reception area is well-stocked and presentable.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with clinic management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures is advantageous.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
