Responsibility
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support office operations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed by management and other departments.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Collaborate with security and facilities teams to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the office premises.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
