Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner as they arrive at our service center
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with excellent customer service skills
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments efficiently using our booking system
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, service requests, and follow-up communications
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions at the front desk
  • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates for clients
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times
  • Prepare daily reports on appointments, client visits, and service center activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
