Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out according to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
