Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with basic HR duties, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
  • Process and distribute mail, packages, and documents efficiently.
  • Provide general support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
