Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with basic HR duties, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Process and distribute mail, packages, and documents efficiently.
- Provide general support to various departments as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
