Responsibility
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using digital or manual systems.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work under pressure in a client-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
- Experience in healthcare, education, or service industries is a bonus.
