Responsibility

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using digital or manual systems.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
