Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic software.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information about services, and address concerns with empathy.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including personal details, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and assist with financial arrangements.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Uphold clinic policies, confidentiality standards, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.
