Responsibility
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare agendas, and assist with event logistics as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and office supply inventory management.
- Monitor and manage office equipment, ensuring functionality and arranging repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical support for team members.
- Uphold office policies and procedures, contributing to a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
