Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
  • Maintain front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing office calendars.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff or visiting executives.
  • Process and distribute mail, packages, and internal documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR and management with onboarding new hires, including preparing workstations and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, phone systems).
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a problem-solving mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
