Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing footwear production processes, from upper assembly to final product assembly.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) trials, including material testing, process validation, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in production lines to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, logistics) to streamline manufacturing workflows.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, trials, and technical adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and production management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing setting.
