Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers to generate interest in EV motorcycles.
- Conduct test rides and provide product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and sustainability of EV motorcycles.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics or EV technology is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct test rides.
