Responsibility
- Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions for beauty and lifestyle brands, ensuring a seamless and professional presentation.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to drive audience engagement and sales.
- Build rapport with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in real-time, fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to plan and execute live streaming schedules, themes, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure high-quality audio and visual standards during live sessions, including proper lighting, camera angles, and sound clarity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, beauty products, and live streaming best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to viewers.
- Analyze post-session metrics and feedback to refine future live streams and improve audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional and polished on-camera presence, adhering to brand guidelines and representing Nexgen with integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits engagingly and persuasively.
- Strong on-camera presence with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live) and familiarity with basic production tools (e.g., OBS, lighting, microphones).
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, handle unexpected situations, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products, with a keen eye for trends and consumer preferences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming schedules.
