Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Educate clients on life, health, property, and investment-linked insurance options.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and product updates to provide accurate advice.
- Prepare and present customized financial plans aligned with clients’ goals and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and participate in performance reviews.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales or client-facing experience (insurance/financial services preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with insurance products, financial planning, or wealth management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (fluent verbal/written).
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings (if necessary).
- Own laptop/smartphone and stable internet connection for remote work.
