Flashcom Indonesia is seeking a passionate and skilled Freelance Animation Trainer to join our team in Bali (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung). This is a fantastic opportunity for animation professionals to share their expertise while contributing to the growth of Indonesia’s creative industry.
As a Freelance Animation Trainer, you will design and deliver high-quality training programs in animation techniques, software tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya), and industry best practices. You’ll work with diverse groups, from beginners to intermediate learners, helping them develop technical skills and creative confidence.

Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging animation training modules tailored to different skill levels.
- Teach industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Autodesk Maya).
- Create practical exercises and projects to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the training team to refine course content and methodologies.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, or one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.
- Maintain records of training materials, attendance, and participant performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Animator, Animation Trainer, or similar role (minimum 2+ years).
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or Autodesk Maya.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation projects (2D/3D, motion graphics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring with a patient, adaptive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
- Based in or willing to commute to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
