Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
- Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business partnering.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is a plus.
