Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and increase foot traffic in the foodcourt.
- Manage leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, contract negotiations, and retention strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day operational marketing, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize events, promotions, and activations to enhance the foodcourt’s appeal and engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and improve performance.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and ROI for marketing initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Represent the foodcourt at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, or property management.
- Proven track record in leasing, event organization, and operational marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and tourism industry is a plus.
