Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses in assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share in Bali’s competitive Horeca sector.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our food service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and promotional support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to retain clients and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Horeca or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality landscape and existing networks in the region are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
