Responsibility
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary preferences.
- Actively upsell menu items, promotions, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
