In this role, you will be the face of our premium consumer goods, responsible for driving product distribution, maintaining excellent retail relationships, and ensuring our brands remain top-of-mind for our customers.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will navigate the vibrant market landscape of Bali, visiting retail outlets, managing inventory visibility, and executing trade marketing programs. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, comfortable working in the field, and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and retail partners in assigned territories.
- Ensure optimal product availability and shelf presence across all assigned retail outlets.
- Execute trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product demand.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and shelf placement, providing regular feedback to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Manage stock levels and minimize product returns/out-of-stock situations.
- Accurately report daily sales activities and market insights via our internal digital reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in field sales or retail operations, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly disciplined, resilient, and motivated by performance-based targets.
- Familiarity with the Bali market landscape is highly desirable.
