Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff to maintain seamless operations and timely service.
- Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a warm, personalized experience from arrival to departure.
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and guest flow to optimize seating and service efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, staff briefings, and shift handover reports.
- Train and mentor new staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in high-volume restaurants, cafés, or hotels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Indonesian or Balinese) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
