Responsibility
- Provide professional, attentive, and personalized table service in a fine dining setting, ensuring guests feel valued and well-cared-for throughout their experience.
- Manage food and beverage orders with precision, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle food delivery (Rider duties) for off-premise orders, maintaining the same high standards of presentation, temperature, and professionalism as in-house service.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for private functions, ensuring seamless execution and guest comfort.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with diplomacy and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume hospitality environments (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally in English.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tables or delivery orders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, menu items, and service etiquette to provide informed recommendations.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift trays (up to 10kg), and navigate busy environments with agility.
- Valid motorcycle license (for Rider duties) and familiarity with local delivery routes in Bali (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
