Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize the company's financial health.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior financial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
