Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
