Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Mentor and train finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
