Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and improve cost efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist in strategic financial planning and decision-making to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or multicultural work environment is an advantage.
