Responsibility
- Execute daily digital and fiat reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or variances in financial records.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on liquidity status and reconciliation outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and rectify financial inconsistencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reconciliation processes and controls.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize financial software and tools to streamline reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
