Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements, including coordination with external auditors.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations, with experience in regulatory compliance.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
